Soothe it salve (Jewelweed salve) Natural Poison Ivy Relief

An old fashioned soothing salve for poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, minor skin rashes, and bug bites. Rub it on what ails you and get on with your day!

Sold in a 1 ounce or 2 ounce tin, this stuff is an essential for our family. Each tin has a shelf life of about 2 years once purchased if kept dry and in cooler climate (don't let it sit in your car it will melt- which can be hard to clean if it tips, but also may reduce the shelf life and/or usefulness).

Our results show that is soothes just about any minor bite, all the "ivy" and other minor irritations. Tested on willing children as young as 8- on just about any part of the body you can think of- we just keep it handy 24/7 year round now. (Because yeah, the EASY thing would be to not get into poison ivy, but who does easy!?)  

DO NOT USE ON CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. A little goes a long way. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken skin.

Ingredients- Olea Europaea (Olive oil) infused with Impatiens capensis (Jewelweed), Plantago major (Broadleaf plantain) and Calendula, Beeswax, Essential Oils- Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender), Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree), Chamomilla Recutita (Blue Chamomile), Helichrysum Italicum Flower Oil (Helichrysum), Vitamin E Oil, Preservative (Phenoxyethanol & Sorbic Acid & Caprylyl Glycol).

NOTE: Some batches may contain a different blend of essential oils (Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree), and/or kaolin clay. They will have it listed on the label. Should you need a specific blend please note it in your order.

To use: Apply directly to skin, do not ingest or apply to eyes. Do not use on broken skin. You may use multiple times a day. Discontinue use if rash occurs. Do not use in place of medical care. No medical claims are being made about this product. Contains essential oil.
