Due to the nature of the products, in most cases there will be no returns.

That said- here's the scoop.

Incense is returnable, please contact me and I will approve your return. You will need to pay shipping to return it and your refund will be processed once the item/s are returned in the same condition shipped.

All packages are shipped with tracking and insured. This means that if your package shows up damaged or is lost, we can work together and find it, replace it, or refund it! No worries! (Please do your part against "porch pirates" as in that case insurance may not cover it without you doing your part and reporting it to the post office and police).

I do my very best to post an accurate scent description, I'm working on making some small, inexpensive samples available again so that if you would like to smell before you buy full sized you can order these. Also note that what smells like pine to me may smell like cedar to you (I hope our sniffers aren't that different though)!

Computers and screens vary, if it looks bright blue, it may be a more muted blue in real life (or purple or yellow, whatever color we're talking here).

I do want you to be happy with your purchase- so please- ask if you're not sure! I may be able to describe something better for you or take an extra photo.

And worst case- if you get it and just absolutely hate it, contact me! Maybe we can do a really good coupon to try something else, or something like that. But no, I don't want your opened, half used soap back please.

I do not ship outside of the US. While I do abide by EU standards and safe usage rates, I have not bought the required chemist break downs for EU and UK and such. For Canada, if you really want something reach out, but last time I looked shipping to Canada was pretty steep. That's the only reason I do not currently offer shipping to Canada.

Data Collection- When you purchase from me your information is collected to use to fulfill your order. If you subscribe to the newsletter (not yet published) your information is collected to send you an email occasionally. All information is currently stored on Shopify's servers and they are responsible for your overall data. I print your packing slips and shipping label but keep no hard copy of any of your information. I do not sell your information. I do not share your information. If you would like your information deleted please email. If you would like to know what information I have about you, please email.

Skin test all items- allergies can come and go, so please do a spot test for all products. I try my best to include all ingredients on my product labels. Some items are only made for adults- if you need items made for baby skin please let me know. It really all comes down to safe use rates on fragrance and essential oils. Dog soap is only for doggos, not cats!

About Allergens: I don't use latex gloves or products in the soap studio. I can make a lot of products without an oil or butter- such as if you have a cocoa butter allergy I can substitute mango butter or something like that. All you need to do is let me know what you need and we'll work together to meet your needs!
