Felted Soaps

Welcome to the felted soap world! It's soap and a washcloth all in one!

IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION: PLEASE NOTE THESE TAKE ABOUT A WEEK TO MAKE. There are none currently made, as I normally do these custom. If ordering please send a message what scent you'd like as your base soap. If you have any requests as to what you'd like felted on, please also mention that. If ordered by December 1, they should still make it in time for the holidays.

►What the heck is this stuff?
Felted soap is a bar of soap wrapped in wool! We even went a bit fancy and added some designs. 

►Does my soap like its wool coat?
Hopefully! Wool helps to make soap last longer. It makes those slippery, wet bars easier to hold on to, and maybe even keeps your soap warm in the winter. (Seriously though it's a great choice for people that have issues with gripping things, we've kid and elderly tested this stuff).

►What the heck is under the wool?
A bar of our handmade soap! You can pick from a general type of scent, but no specifics at this time. The full size bars are about 4oz in weight. They measure about 3.5-4in wide, about 3.5in tall, and about 1in thick for squares. You get one at random per your scent choice.

►So, how do I use this?
Just like a regular bar of soap- mostly. Get it nice and wet in some warm (or cold brrr) water, and just start rubbing it around like normal. You can use these at the sink, in the shower, bath, camping, any place you wanna get clean! 

►Wool is gentle on the skin, exfoliating, and antimicrobial, so it can replace a washcloth or bath pouf, and also help your soap last longer!

►Just like any soap, keep it dry between uses. 

►GREAT! Do I get to pick my design?!
Sort of. I know that's a loaded answer so let me explain- I'm not super talented in this yet, so I have limits as to what I can offer. Message me and ask if I think I can do what you want. Otherwise you'll get a random design.

►Each handcrafted felted soap is unique, both the soap that we handcraft underneath! Every bar is its own little work of art, both inside and out!

►How long does this take? 
That depends- in most cases I can have your felting done in about 3-5 days. Unfortunately felting just takes a bit of time and you need to work wet, then dry, then maybe wet some more- so it's something I can't speed up a lot. I also make sure it's dried at least 24-36 hours before I pack to ship so it doesn't ship moist.

Bars vary a little in size and shape, and have a creamy, rich lather.

Each bar comes with ingredients, instructions, and information about felted soap. Ready to use or ready for gifting!

SCENTS!

Unscented

Masculine (like an old spice, or a woody scent) 

Feminine (Maybe it'll be floral, maybe it'll be fruity)

Neutral (It could be a bit spicy, it could be more like a rain type scent)

INGREDIENTS-
These vary a little per bar. All of our soaps are made with any or all of the following:
Vegetable oils (including soy, olive, RSPO palm, coconut, Sweet Almond, Canola), Castor Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Fragrance or Essential oils, may also contain Mica colorants. 

Mother Creations features handcrafted products that are made in small batches using the finest ingredients. We take great pride in the making of each product.

The moisturizing oils used in our soaps will produce a creamy, rich lather that will leave your skin clean and soft without stripping it of natural oils. All of our soap can be used on any parts of the body- from your head to your toes!

*Please note that our soaps are made primarily as face and body soap and may be used as a shampoo bar. Due to different hair types, they may work better for some but not as great for others.

All of our products are handmade, unique, and one of a kind.

So, what does that mean?
When you purchase an item from us, it will not be a duplicate of any other item since it's handmade. It may vary in color, weight, shape, or even slightly in scent from another bar of the same make.

For longer lasting soap, keep dry between uses.
 
Please remember that sense of smell differs. For example: what smells like Cedar to me, may smell more like Pine to you. (Cilantro! Soapy or tasty!?) We try our best to describe each fragrance as best and accurately as we can so that you can make an excellent choice in your products. For sanitary and health reasons, we cannot refund or exchange soap or body products, so please take your time or ask us questions! You can also order a scent tester kit*, these will not be 100% accurate to the products, but will be rather close and allow you to smell all of the things before you buy. If a mistake has been made on our behalf, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the issue for you!
 
Computer monitor's settings vary and your soap may be a little lighter or darker in shade from what you see online. We try our best to describe each product, so you'll know what you're going to get.
