Bags- 1 bag is a set of 5 tea bags that each make 1-3 cups of tea (we tend to find it makes 2 very flavorful cups). Our bags are metal free! No tags, no strings, toss it in the compost when you're done! (About 10 grams total, 2 grams per bag)

Loose- 1 bag is about 10 grams- you should easily get 5 strong cups of tea, but we find 2 grams makes at least 2 flavorful cups. A whole bag brewed at once makes around 2 liters of flavorful tea!
